I need some help.I have few textboxes and dropdownlist to enter/register a person , say employee.I have a field called username which should be unique apart from the Employee ID.Now what i need to do is :
I have to check for the existence of the username while typing on the textbox.I can do that using web service , ajax call etc etc.But how can i show the user some suggestions on the username based on what he has entered in the first name and last name field.I
hope you are getting what i am trying to say. For example:
In gmail or yahoo etc etc if the required mail id is not available then some suggestions will come which will have some resemblence with the first and last name.
I need some information on the same.Experts please share some light over here.
