The ability to create a highly configurable 5S system where the user has the ability to setup a 5S questionnaire along with a scoring system which can be modified to suit the customer's needs.
The user should have the ability to create a new 5S process where each element in the 5S group has a set of questions.
Each question should also contain a scoring %. The total of all of those questions must be equal to 100.
If the user intends to change the questions and/or the scoring pattern then the existing master data needs to be archived and not deleted so the 5S inspection records can refer back to these archived master records than losing its data integrity.
5S is nothing but Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize and Sustain.
Kindly help me how to create mock up for this pattern of requirement. What are the possible admin entry fields could be created?
