Calling a C# Web Service From SSIS OR SQL Store Procedure

Hi
i have to call a C# WebService from SQL Server.
I want to see how can i call it from SQL Seerver Store Procedure.
What if i have to call it from SSIS Pacakge.
No idea about this.
