Select values from 2 checkboxlist and bind the data for that particular values in gridview

Hi plz help its urgent,
(THE RESULT MUST BE FOR MULTIPLE SELECTION)
I am having two checkboxlist namely: extension and channels. Now on search button click i want to bind the data from database to gridview that have data of both channels and extension.

please give the code if
