Page inaccessible

Hi,
I have an application on my network which is accessible when I specify url with port 8080 like "http://ei-social:8080/auth.aspx" but I am getting 404 error when trying to access with "http://ei-social/auth.aspx".

What is the matter. shouldn't it be accessible with both ways?
