Couldn't update the table when sub query returns more than one row

Hi,
I have 3 tables. STG_DEMO_XREF, STG_DEMO_MTCH,STG_DEMO_MRG
I want to update STG_DEMO_XREF based on the condion applied on the remaining 2 tables
