Multiple File upload inserting adding two rows in the table for one click upload button

Hi,
I am using two file upload to insert image either 1 image will be inserted or 2nd image inserted or both image inserted and should add in 1 row of the table rather than making two rows in table 1 for 1st upload and 2nd row for 2nd upload when I try to upload both.
Here is how it's working right now:

I want it Both image to be on same line if both are inserted or if any image inserted.
