Convert MMM/YYYY date format to dd/mm/yyyy in Javascript

Hi,

I have two text boxes. One is Date of Entry and another Date of plan  Text box in format MMM,YYYY (ie Jul,2014)

Now I want to compare both the date and check where Date of Entry should not be less than Date of plan.

Pl help me on this.
