Access to the path is denied

Hi,
/ Its very URGENT /

I have a form where user has the right to upload the file. It is working fine exactly on my local system. But when I update this to server for updation, It gives me the error as "Please contact your administrator, the access to the "D:\filename" is denied". We have given full permission to the folder also, still it is giving me the error. We are using IIS 7. Any help would be helpful.
