Editing Saved in inetpub folder in content and source file but no effect in Website

Hi all this is really a weird issue that ,

 My client want a small changes in web site and for that i've to make whole setup again(WEB SETUP).
What i want to do is just replace the older file with newer one, but after replacing also i found that the .cs file doesn't affect any changes while browsing. Please help me.
I done Restart,Refresh all possible tries.
