SQL Server Express checking DB Size

Hello,

I frequently connect to customers using Sage 300 with SQL Express. Many times for a quote I need to check the SQL database size.

Many times I am connecting to a workstation and the customer either does not have access to their SQL server to access SQL Studio Manager and other times they just do not know their password.

Is there a way to check the size of a DB from a workstation that is using local programs but accessing SQL on a server if I do not have access to the SQL Server, I do have the SQL server name, but often am unable to even see the SQLDATA.mdf's from the local machine ?
