SQL Query to find Exclude Duplicate date and add the date difference excluding weekends from different rows...?

Sample Input:.. Row 1 Col1From Col2To Col3From Col4To Col5From Col6To 01/08/14 04/08/14 05/08/14 08/08/14 12/08/14 20/08/14 Row 2 Col1From Col2To Col3From Col4To Col5From Col6To 01/08/14 08/08/14 09/08/14 21/08/14 21/08/14 29/08/14 Output: Condition 1: Should check both row should not have duplicate date and Range. Condition 2: it should exclude weekend and calculate the diff.. Condition 3: row 1 date range minDate 1 and max date 20 should not taken for calculation in 2nd row. output will be: row1: 14 days excluding week end row 2: 7 days excluding week end and duplicate dates range from row 1.. please help guys?... any idea there to calculate...
