Grid view ~ Data Binding ~

Hi
     I have created 2 drop down lists and check boxes and they are working fine. As there is new requirement like I need to bind those data fields (Combo box values)to the Grid below, i need help in that Grid view code. i mean whatever the  data i have selected , it should bind to GRID (After clicking at Add, the particular result will add at back end-some data base for sure apart from this - i would like to see the result at GRID also) ..Thank you
