Which editor is used for posting a new post by Microsoft

Hi every one,
i want to use editor which gives me feature that i can easily past the code of various language and keep formatting that language
or can easily distinguish from normal text or code text. U can easily see that this editor has feature where we can past code and looking nice. so please tell me which editor is used for writing this post by forums.asp.net.
