Schedule a page to open

We have an asp.net website with a page that posts transactions to a QuickBooks accounting database.  Now the user wants it to run unattended, e.g. every 30 minutes or so.  What is the best way to accomplish this so it could open on the web server?  It did not look like I could setup a task schedule using http//... as a command.  Thanks.
