ASP.NET Hosting

I have Two questions. 1st Ques: I have got an ASP website like www.abcd.com with login access. But how could I get login option because I am not having The login URL. Is There any option To do so or someone will provide Me login URL?? After login is The working environment is The same as we work locally on visual studio?? 2nd Ques: I have four dropdownlist in a form. When The 4 dropdownlist selection is done a payment is needed To be made depending upon The selection. The problem is how can I keep The values of selected values of The selected dropdownlist?? Any link or Tutorial would be appreciated.
