I am not graphic oriented, and I want to know what is being used to create the bike that changes colors at the Republic Bike.com web site? I use it used a lot in bike web sites ...

Is it HTML5, Flash???? I see that the technology works with asp ... IT also works on an iPad. Some Flash fails on iPAd/iPod.
