Reading .txt file words in 3rd Row after third '\' in C#

Hi,
I have a .txt file with below content in it.
1 "345 12" "D:\Z53DFE3\data\H82 MOUSE- RH.csv * " "862 5 611" "278 25 620"
I want open this file in C# and read H82 MOUSE- RH from above file.
Any suggestions ?
