Compilation Error

HI, I'm trying to set source to server but I get following error:
The type 'ASP.global_asax' exists in both 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\a91e21c8\84aa186a\assembly\dl3\c526b1d2\7040cbec_0ed7cf01\WebBase_deploy.DLL' and 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\a91e21c8\84aa186a\App_global.asax.81ixvpxa.dll'
I try to delete temporary files but there are in use!
