Read a text file data (first column only) into a listbox

In Access, I can import a txt file data(e.g. Claims.txt) as below specifications: Choose the delimiter that separates your fields: Other (|) First row contains field name: Yes Text Qualifier:" I need to create a project  to read txt file data (d:\cliam\cliams.txt) first column (ClaimNumber) into a listbox. There about 5 txt files need to process every day.
