im no expert by any means so try and keep the lingo simple. i have been trying to connect a networked desktop to a database instance but i need some assstance. if anyone can guide me through the process it would be highly appreciated. i can see the database
but it wont allow me access. sql server management studio 2012 are running on both machines but i cant seem to get the newer desktop to gain access. i did the firewall thing and tcp/ip thing and enabled everything using the configurations manager.
please help me?
