Dynamically created button not able to click, covered by label

Hi all, I got a page where i dynamically generate button and label, where label will appear above of the button. and the label has the margin-bottom 50px where its overlap/overlay the button. I suspect this is one of the reason that causing my button not able to click. Those anyone facing this kind of problem before?Need help.
