Forms Authentication

I have created a new project with forms authentication.  The project created all the forms for lgging in, registering, etc. in the account folder.  How do I link these forms to my custom users table? Or how do I use the appnetservices database to create/authenticate users?  If I use appnetservices, how do I add custom fields like I have in my custom users table.  THanks!
