I have a page:

When a user fails to fill in required form fields at the bottom, then clicks the
Download Now >> button, the page refeshes but goes to the top of the page instead of the bottom and they don't immediately see the error messages. Is there a way to make to go to the bottom so they can immediately see the messages?
