asp.net button events do not fire with bootstrap theme

I have a {wrap} bootstrap theme ( artificial reason is the name ) and I cannot get any of my asp.net buttons to fire I've tried every fix I can find on google but nothing works. Any idea how to fix this HUGE issue?
