For our next project, some recommend to use Twitter Framework, I recommend to do custom framework

1. all styles, jquery inclued (bigger file size). Even if i customize to use only what i want , it will be still large
Custom framework.
1. total control for what i want for the project. Definitely less file size for both css and jquery. will be very minimal css lines of codes.
What are your thoughts.
