Using the Microsoft Access Providers for Membership, Roles and Provider under ASP.NET 4

Under "Upgrading the Access Provider Assembly to NET 4.0", I successfully downloaded the new Access Template. When I go to File | New Project and select Visual C# I do not see a "Starter Kit" listing.  What I do see in the right column is a Title, "Search Installed Templates +| Visual C#" and a listing for "Simple Access Providers for ASP.NET 2,0 and I get no response when I double click. "Simple Access Providers for ASP,NET 2.0". I assume that the new 4,0 Access provider is not created. I am using Visual Web Developer 2010 Express on a Windows 7 machine.
