Update panel and page jump up

Hi 
I have using update panel in several pages in my application, but there is really annoying act that when user click a button inside this update panel and this button may be in the middle or in the button of the page so since the user click on the button the page its jumping up and user has to scroll the page to middle or button where he click the button to check the update. So did there is any solution for that??!!
