Creating Parent child Relation on Master and Child tables

Hi,
I have two tables:- 1) tbl_ngoname ---> Master Table 2)tbl_Pages --> Child Table.
I want a relationship with the ID of Master table with the cat_ID of the child Table.
let me know if you need anything else
Plaase help.
