I have just completed a MBSA scan on my MS SQL Express 2008 R2 database. I am getting the following findings:
Instance (32-bit) is running in mixed mode. I have been able to switch the 64-bit version to Windows Authentication. Not of the changes are altering the mode that 32-bit is running in
1) I have uninstalled MS SQL Express and re-installed in Windows Authentication mode ony.
2) Added local admin to the sysadmin role and disabled the sa account.
3) Added the login mode registry keys
Unfortunately, is there something that I am missing?
