Hi There,
I have a users web form collecting the usual data firstname, lastname, DOB etc.
On the form I also have a dropdown for a "Reports To" field.
I have an issue where if a user leaves the company they are flagged as in-active.
If a user is made in-active and they happen to be the "Report To" of other users, when I go into the record of the other user I get an error because the select criteria for the "Reports To" dropdown is select where active.
Would anyone have an idea to get around this problem?
