Add server to develop asp.net application in visual studio 2013

Hi All,
I want to add server in visual studio 2013, and I follow this steps in this article, seehttp://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/edfcxas2.aspx :
To add a link to a server in Server Explorer <div class="subSection"> Select Connect to Server on the Tools menu, or click the Connect to Server icon in Server Explorer.
