Storing the articles in database as Post and retrieving them as web page for viewing.

hi Friends,
How to store the article that contain text, images, source codes etc in to database? Later I need to show it in a web page.
The functionality can be similar to the the "Start a New Thread" page of this forum.
(Language used - C# Database MSSQL or MySql)
