combining values of drop down and radio list to show in label control??

hi,

I have 2dropdown lists like below and a Radio Button List /  Each has  a monetary value.

My objective is to show the combined value in a label beneath the controls
For example
DDL1 + RBL1 = (THE VALUE)
OR
IF RBL1. Value Selected is OTHER -  DDL2 will SHOW (Default mode is hidden)
I then want to pass in 0
AND THEN JUST just calculate the VALUE of DDL1 and DDL2 instead excluding the RBL1
