get error message: SUBITEMS IS NOT A MEMBER OF SYSTEM.WEB.WI.WEBCONTROLS.LISTVIEWITEM

This below code work in Windows listview but in a Web app listview does like the keyword SUBITEMS.  How do I code to search a column data for a string in a web listview?
