Resize Panel and all its child controls as per screen resolution

Hi,
     I have a panel with lots of labels and textboxes inside placed in design time. My screen resolution 1366 * 784 . Can I resize all these controls at run time for various screen resolutions ? I have heard that viewport settings can achieve this. Can someone throw some light on this with an example ? I am using VS 2012
