Dynamically add a Textbox and Dropdown to a radGrid(Telerik Control)

Hello ,
I am binding a Datatable containing three columns to a radGrid . I need to add a 4th column as a Textbox and 5th column as dropdown DYNAMICALY to the radgrid in the code behind .
Please help.
