I have a framework v3.5 project that works fine when deployed but not when I'm debugging on my local development machine which is causing some real issues.
When I try to debug, the browser (I've tried IE, Chrome, Firefox) opens but nothing renders/starts.
Anyone have any ideas? I've spent hours trying to fix this.
