hi, experts, I installed this hotfix on servers to solve IE 11 problem.
however, after installation, I found that the hotfix works on some IE 11s and does not work on some IE11s

does not work:
IE 11 came with Windows 8.1 Bing (tested on my HP stream 13) , does not work
