Css styles not render after page partial postback in IE11

Hi All, I have a stylesheet and it has some styles. Stylesheet referenced to the page and its working fine. but when page gets partial rendering page design got collapsed.
This issue exist in IE 11 only.
Why I am getting this issue any idea?
