SQL Query to choose (all columns duplicate but one)

Hi All,
I am writing a sql but running into issues. Below is the sample data that my table has 8 columns. All columns can have duplicate data. But i want all the records for which only column B should have different value, all other columns should have same value for multiple records.
BOLD rows are the ones which i want.
Help please!!!
