I have windows 7 professional OS ,VS professional 2013 and I need to install .net framework version number 4.5.51641. ( i am not sure whether it is .net framework 4.5.1) could you please send me a link for me to download and install on this?
I thought .net framwork 4.5.3 preview version has this version number and installed below link
