I am using Express version of Web Developer 2010 Express (I also have 2013 version)
and I have to use ASP.NET Web Service.
All I have access to is ASP.NET Web Site.
How do I access ASP.NET Web Service?

I have to write code to implement a web service and create a Web application that connects to and uses the Web service using UDDI and SOAP. I have to write an application that will retrieve an XML document from public Web service using SOAP and UDDI.
Do I have to have the professional version of Visual Studio Web Developer 2010 or 2013 to access the ASP.Net
Service?
