Server Error in '/' Application.

VS 2012 and TFS are installed in my local workstation. My project is built under VS 2010 framework. When I migrated the code using TFS 2013, a list of warning messages appeared in page stating Visual Studio needs to make non-functional changes to this project in order to enable the project to open in Visual Studio 2013, Visual Studio 2012, and Visual Studio 2010 SP1 without impacting project behavior.  when I made changes in the source code in TF 2013 and ran the code,
