I would like to integrate ASP.NET(C#) web forms with Telegram(https://core.telegram.org/api) to be able to send messages to a group or even 1 recepient from a Web textbox
I dont know where to start that is get the libraries to show in my web app as there is no sdk to install
If someone can point me to a .NET sample or can provide me a starting point I would be grateful.
