Can't download install files

I can't download the SQL Server Express install files.  When I click the download link on the page (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/sqlserver2014expressresources?download=direct&url=http://care.dlservice.microsoft.com/dl/download/E/A/E/EAE6F7FC-767A-4038-A954-49B8B05D04EB/ExpressAndTools%2064BIT/SQLEXPRWT_x64_ENU.exe), I get sent to a Profile Center page, and when I fill out that page and click "continue", it sends me back to that page rather than starting the download.  Could somebody direct me to a link to the downloadable file? Thanks.
