Questions about google autocomplete address

I have some questions  about Google auto complete address. Here is the link

1] In this above link they have given the JavaScript + HTML code , If you look at the Script reference URL for the auto complete address API It doesn't have any API key So Can I use this code for my production website?
2] They said that your daily limit is 25000 users and also they said that you can use it for free with the Google logo in auto complete but I am not going to use map. I just want to use above address auto complete. It is very confusing?
3] Is Zomato using Google search for location? ...
