Transfer data from one database to another

Hi, I am having two dataBases in Sql Server 2008 both are live and both have same schema. On Server 1, I have crores of data in a table. I would like to move it to Second dataBase . What will be the fastest way to do. Please Suggest. Thanks in Advance. Niki
