In the MS download center, I have pressed the download button, select the file, eg:
Express 64BIT\SQLEXPR_x64_ENU.exe then a message say: If your download does not start after
30 seconds, click here.
The download does not start and if I click the button, it just takes me back to the previous page and
say try again, which never works.
