My website was created in an old version of asp.net and for that reason it doesn't meet google's current guidelines for mobile friendliness.  I have someone that wants to first convert all the content to HTML and then create a new mobile friendly version in asp.net (a 2 step process apparently).  My current website has no dynamic content.  It is just a static website built on the asp.net framework.  Is there any reason for me keep using asp.net or is there a better way for me to go about all of this?
